Infographics
infographics are visuals that help interpret data given on a specific topic. The purpose is to provide a better understanding though statistics in a presentation to make people more engaged in a topic. The best kind of information displayed in infographics are stats that include numbers or short less than a sentence facts that the viewer doesn't have to take much time reading. infographics help convey a message to the audience. I can use infographics in class assignments by incorporating them with my topic and backing up my factual evidence in the assignment.

Leap into 3D with ‘Augmented Reality’ Coloring Books
Disney’s research team has created an app that will
turn color book characters into 3D figures. The team has designed it to scan
the page of one of the coloring books using the device’s camera and change it
from a two dimensional drawing into a 3D character. As color is added to the
drawing, it applies the same color to the drawing on the screen. So far, the
app has been a success but has yet to be tried with kids.
This relates to emerging technology because it is the
new upcoming thing that is advancing technology around us. For a long time
coloring has been an old thing that kids do but lately has been becoming
outdated with technology growing around us.
The most interesting thing I found in this article is
that Disney is literally turning drawings into characters that can move and
look 3D on a computer screen.

Do Less With More Focus
I think it means that you need to focus on only whats important to you and stay on track with your life. You could apply this to your life by choosing to focus on schoolwork and a sport you like instead of wasting time doing things that aren't beneficial to your life like going to a party. I think i would get more out of doing less because it would take some of the pressure off and allow me to focus my mind to achieve the grade that i want in the class. i think it would work because in a lot of other classes we have many things going on at once and it becomes a lot to handle. so it would be nice to just have a one mind set track to follow in at least one of my classes.

Study Habits
I feel like this picture is trying to get across the point that the US is not as committed to its education as other leading countries are such as china and India. the US has declined in their international rankings based on education over the past generation and u think its because kids just don't care enough to keep our "american dream" alive. i do agree with the picture because i do think that other countries are passing us by

homecoming week and weekend
my homecoming week and weekend were okay because i didnt go to homecoming. Spirit week was pretty good but it wasnt as good as northwest because at northwest we had the skits that were put together and performed every morning of spirit week. I was kind of happy to just be done with homecoming week because i was tired of doing the float and wanted it to be over. the game on friday night was disappointing since we lost to north.
